It looks like the show is sold out. It's possible that the venue may release a few tickets on the day of the show, but you'd have to contact them directly. We (the band) don't sell tickets directly, so we aren't in control of that.
I'm a long standing fan. I remember the pre-Dylan days.
Amazing jams at The Main Point with you and Doc Watson.
Early Philly Folk Fest, etc. And I saw you in Morristown NJ in the mid 70's with the big band. I believe Maria Muldaur was the supporting act. etc etc
Here's my question :
Do you remember Benji Aronov ? He played banjo and guitar.
Any idea what became of him? I had a friend that studied banjo with him. He would love to know.
I will ask David the next time I see him, and if I find anything out I'll let you know - MIke
Have been a fan since the 70’s remember the annual bottom line birthday shows
Saw David at City Winery last night alone
Mellow and laid back show most enjoyable
Has he left Wilmington to move to NYC Columbia heights? Any reason for the move?
David is still in Wilmington, but visits NYC whenever he's able.
I have a number of Dave's recordings on CD. My three sons divided up my collection of Dave on vinyl. They don't have either Demon In Disguise or How Late Will Ya Play Vol 1 & 2 - (some low life ripped me off many years ago). Are these available on CD - and where can I find the track list?
You can get the How Late CDs here https://www.hellomerch.com/collections/d...
Demon in Disguise may be a bit trickier, but is streaming on Spotify, and available digitally on iTunes.
I would like to book David and his band, for a special concert in Oswego, NY, a college town where I've seen David many times stretching back to a 1976 concert he did with Paul Siebel, at the Old City Hall on the Oswego river in Oswego center! I would like, first of all, to see whether he would be interested in playing that venue again, with his band, how much the cost would be for he and his full band, and whether he would be available at the end of the summer, or there about. The dates are not that important, but I would like to know if he is interested! Chris Wood
you can reachme at firstname.lastname@example.org Thanks
Hi Chris, we'd be open to that idea, definitely. Please get in touch with our booking agent, Seth Rappaport, at email@example.com
We have some PA shows coming up this year. State College, Oakmont, and Bethlehem. Date are at http://davidbromberg.net/upcoming-tour-d...
We'll be coming out your way this Fall. The Pacific NW dates will be with Hot Tuna. Tour dates are listed here.
We love Town Hall, and I imagine that we'll find ourselves there again at some point. But nothing is official yet.
I was at the Eugene show last night. And it was in a church. In the late 1970s I said David in a bar a block away from the church I saw him in last night. Does anybody else see the irony in that. But with that said I want to say it doesn't matter because David's music touches my heart and has always touched my heart. Thank you for playing Dalia last night. David if you ever read this, (which I realize is highly unlikely) I apologize for being an idiot I'm sorry I was so loud. David Bromberg universe please forgive me. But when I woke up this morning I must have had Someone Elsa's Blues.
I'm sure you're forgiven, and we'll be back in Eugene with Hot Tuna on September 15
